Position Summary: Located in Big Sky, Montana, Morningstar Learning Center is seeking a Program Lead for their Toddler and Preschool program. Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and thrives in a collaborative, team-like environment.

In this role, the Program Lead will oversee daily operations, curriculum, and developmental tracking.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary of $51,000+ DOE
